Unemployment Insurance -- Iowa announces contribution rates

Iowa contribution rates will be determined under new Rate Table D in 2026 and will range from 0.0% to 5.40%. New non-construction employers will pay 1.0% and new construction employers will pay 5.40% in 2026 (IWD Communication, September 5, 2025).
